Solicitud de cumplimiento de la sentencia C-265/02.
La Sala Plena recordó que las decisiones adoptadas por la Corte Constitucional en ejercicio del control abstracto de constitucionalidad carecen de órdenes específicas de protección de derechos, que puedan ser objeto de posterior verificación respecto de los obligados a cumplirlas.
Precisó además, que es improcedente solicitar el cumplimento de sentencias de control abstracto de constitucionalidad por parte de las autoridades administrativas mediante órdenes concretas, tal y como lo pretende el solicitante.
